Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This might be a viral illness. Just continue Tylenol for 3 days. Give plenty of fluids, give a soft diet. If fever is not coming down by 3-4 days, she develops loose stools or vomiting, become lethargic and not taking feeds, kindly take her to pediatrician. Otherwise, we need not worry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
