Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fever and high white blood cell count is suggestive of infection.
The differential count needs to be done to determine the type of infection.
An elevated neutrophils count suggests bacterial infection.
Abdominal pain along with vomiting suggest indigestion.
You have mentioned gall bladder problem in your query.
Is there any evidence of gall bladder problem?
Inflammation of gall bladder due to stone or any other cause can lead to abdominal pain, vomiting, fever and elevated white blood cell count.
If the gall bladder problem is ruled out then infection of the gastrointestinal tract needs to be ruled out.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and prescription of suitable drugs.

Thanks and take care
