What Causes Fever, Headache, Sore Throat And Cough?
What might cause flu like symptoms such as a fever, headache, sore throat, and cough, which lasted about three days and disappeared, and now about a week later the fever and headache and general weakness and exhaustion have started again but only in the afternoon and evenings?

The symptoms you have mentioned are mostly due to some sort of viral infection nothing else. For treatment you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or cefixime after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or nimeson-p for fever, fatigue and exhaustion with pan-d or omez-d empty stomach. For cough and sore throat you can take syrup asthakind or syrup bro-zedex. It will take at-least 5-7 days to recover from the infection so don't worry much.
