What Causes Fever, Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

I had a fever, body aches & bad headache. I went to bed and woke up being dizzy and nauses. I couldn t get out of bed for 3 days without getting dizzy. That was 3 weeks ago. I m starting to get a fever, headache and slightly dizzy again. Any idea what this is? My friend thinks its vertigo. any ideas?

Can understand your concern....
As per your query about cause of being dizzy,feverish,body ache and nausea can be ear infection or it can be a viral fever also....You need not to worry and I suggest you to consult a ENT specialist for proper examination of ear..Other investigation like like blood hemoglobin,TLC,DLC may be needed for having such symptoms...
As of now you can take paracetamol tablet to ease the symptoms like headache and fever..
