What Causes Fever, Extreme Sleepiness And Greenish Black Stools In A Child?

My 2 years old daighter has fever from last sunday and also welts for last two days and welt goes away after few hours. She was okay past few days but today she is extremely sleepy (sleep a lot) also yesterday jer stool was greenish black. What medicine should i give her and when i need to see doctor her temperature 101.3f

control fever with crocin syrup. stool examination is requered itcan be cholitis and bascilarydysentry can give metrogyl syrup and maintain hydration. blackish colour can be malena due to bleeding from cholon.get the child examined by paediatrician.
