What Causes Fever, Ear Aches And Swollen Lips?

Hi, I suspect I had a fever 2 nights ago (thought it was a massive night sweat) but awoke following morning with major rash on lower abdomen and top of thighs. in the following 48 hrs, the rash has spread to cover my middle torso front and back and some up my neck. Both ears ache and hurt to touch and my upper gum/lip feels sore and swollen. Could this be measles? I am 57.
