What Causes Fever And Vomiting After Embryo Transfer?

Hi Doctor, Is it normal to have a little high temperature (37 C) two days after the embryo transfer. There is nausea and vomiting as well. Progesterone gel is been inserted twice a day through vagina. Could this high temp be caused by Progesterone? Thanks
