What Causes Fever And Severe Headache?

I am having fever of 101.6 since last 3 days which was not going out with paracetamol. Blood test report show bacterial infection but no viral infections. Doc has given me gudcef CV 200 and Dolo from yesterday.Now there is no fever but having severe headache.is this normal.

yes, dont worry. in fever you may feel headache sometimes. continue your treatment. this treatment is good. take paracetamol in addition.
