What Causes Fever And Head Cold?

Hi, I have been sick for a week and a half. First had the cold and it seemed to be going away then started with something else. I can't seem to get rid of this fever/head cold. I have been taking Tylenol complete, sudafed, and benalyin. Oh do I know if I have an infection? Will this go away by what I'm taking at home? Ugh please help thanks Kristin

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR ANTIBIOTICS.
I ADVISE TO ADD 'TAB.IBUPROFEN' 400 TWICE A DAY AFTER MEAL FOR HEADACHE.
GET
X-RAY P N S ,WATERS VIEW.
HEMOGRAM.
STEAM INHALATION WITH 'VICKS' TWICE A DAY.
DO NOT WORRY YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT WITHIN A WEEK.
ANY QUERY ALWAYS WELCOME.WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU.

Hi dear,
Fever not responding to 1 week of supportive treatment indicate probable bacterial infections like UTI.
It will be fine if you can see your doctor for evaluation. You may be asked fpr few investigations like blood and urine test.
