What Causes Fever And Fatigue?

hi.,can i ask something?im 30 years old,female, and im suffering form fever,colds and fatigue for almost 1 week. my body is so weak
i dont know whats happening to me.i feel dizzy everytime i stand up from lying or sitting position.and my stomache is aching and i think this is due to my hyperacidity.can you give mew some advice? thank you and God bless!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you have a viral infection. This would cause fever, fatigue and weakness.

Paracetamol would help to treat the fever and any co existing pain.

You should use a lot of fluids, it would help with the dizziness. In addition, when going to a standing position, you should move slowly.
Sufficient rest is also important.

If you symptoms do not improve or worsen then you should see your doctor.
