General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to typhoid fever.

For that you may require broad spectrum antibiotics like tablet cefixime after consultation.

For fever you can take tablet acetaminophen. Take balanced diet. Maintain proper hygiene.

In case of nausea you can take tablet ondensetron. Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
