What Causes Fever And Diarrhea Despite Being On Dialysis?

my grandmother is 80 years old, diabetic and on dialysis and she s having diarrhea. She has a fever of 104 due to an abscess on her buttocks and on antibiotics and the doctor lanced it and packed it. Her bP today is 90/62 and yesterday it was around the same bp. My aunt said her speech was slurred yesterday She s complaining of pain in her legs and arms and we re trying to kind of pin point what may be the problem. Possible stroke, sepsis, etc

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for fever and abdominal pain. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach for vomiting and nausea. Drink plenty of oral fluids to maintain the hydration of your body.
