What Causes Fever And Delayed Menstruation Post Intake Of I-pill?

Hi , we got sex on 26 of Aug , and after having sex she got I pill 72 , after 5 days she got periods , her normal period comes on 20th but which had to be come on 20 september but it is 2 of October she did not , one thing more meanwhile she was too I ll as she was got fever nd reached to 103 degree , can it be a cause of delay

Delayed periods could be due stress, emotional disturbances, hormonal imbalance, certain medical illness like fever or chronic infections, thyroid problems, etc.
If you don't get periods consult a gynecologist to rule out other causes apart from pregnancy.
