What Causes Fever, And Cold Due To Fever Medication?

Dear doctor my son is 11 months old 9.2 kg. He was suffered high fever (104.5). After that doctor has predict urine infection and given drugs like Taxim o and my sun was recovered. After 7 days fever again attacked him and dr. has given monocef 0 100. Now fever is gone. However he is suffering from cold after the completion of course of Monocef o 100. What should i do?

Hi...Its good that the fever responded. The child has already received antibiotics. l would like to suggest that at present there is no need of initiating any treatment as the cold will be self limiting. You should give adequate fluids and oral intake should be adequate.
