I am 22 female. I have had a low grade fever above 99.2 for the past 3 weeks spiking to a high of 101 at random moments. I didn t even notice I had a fever until I felt hot one night. Along with It I ve had dull to random moments of sharp pain all over my lower left abdomen. I ve also had intermitant blood spotting and brown yellowish discharge. I have a hard time pin pointing the exact point of pain because it seems to be widespread. My period was two weeks ago just for info. Went to to the doc and had blood work and urine samples done and all came back clean. I was suggested to see my obgyn but my appointment isn t until thursday. I ve been feeling pretty miserable and knowing that fever is a sign of infection is it wise to wait? Or should I go to the er? I have no idea to what could be wrong with me. And fyi...I m not havung any changes in bowel movement. Thank you.
