What Causes Fever Along With Mouth Ulcers, Sore Throat And Chest Pain?

I have a fever of 100.6, mouth ulcers, sore throat, chest pain, anxiety feeling, nausea, frequent urination and over all joint pain, lightheadedness, and fatigue. I feel like none of these really go together but it’s getting worse every day. It’s been like this ever since our Disney trip about three weeks ago. Btw, I also have a history of autoimmune issues but I’ve felt pretty good for about a year now, so this kinda came out of nowhere. I’ve also been having some pretty severe period issues over the last year or so - mainly passing very large clots.
