What Causes Fever Along With Appetite Loss And Excessive Weight Loss?

Have lost about 10 lbs since Oct due to stress. I m now 101 and having a difficult time getting an appetite/gaining weight...therefore, not eating well. Recently started eating breakfast (eggs, pancakes, sausage,), but can t get energy. Extremely lethargic. Have blood in urine causing odor. Everything hurts...bad back, arthritis in hands, sometimes feel like stool blockage in intestines. Still have expanders in from double mastectomy 2007; that area hurts. Right rib cage hurts from 2015 lung operation (pnueomonia & infection). Just saw respiratory Dr., xray is fine, but breathing is difficult every morning even after using inhalers... I feel heavy. Don t even know what dr. to see. Something is wrong.

Hello,

These findings are symptoms of infection, which is effecting respiratory tract. As soon it clears you will feel healthy and normal. It needs antibiotic coverage for a few days, but that would be decided after clinical examination and tests like radiography.

I suggest to report emergency room for evaluation and accordingly treatment would be initiated.
