What Causes Fever, Aches, Headache, Throat Pain With Spotting, Discoloration And Mucus?
I think I may have step. I am running a fever of about 99.2 which is high for me since My usual regular temp is 97.8 or so. My throat hurts on the right side and there is a white dot surrounded by red on my throat. The color of my throat is pinkish gray. Green colored mucus is running down my throat. I feel achy and tired with a chronic headache..

Well come to HCM
This may not be infection and for the body temperature is insignificant but this could be allergic condition, in my opinion this can be managed with salt water gargling, and antihistamine, throat lozenges can be tried, I would suggest the following treatment.
1) Tab Chlorpheniramine maleate three times in day
2) Povidone iodine gargle
Else this is nothing to worry, some time such symptoms may comes around without any treatments, take care and have nice day.
