What Causes Feet And Ankles Swelling With Blotchy Skin During Pregnancy?
I am 25 weeks pregnant and swelling in the feet and ankles. Yesterday red blotchy skin appeared on my lower legs with soreness to the touch. I also did a lot of walking yesterday. Should this be cause for concern and what can I do to get rid of the red blotchy skin and swelling.

don't sit hanging your legs. take good rest. put the pillow below your feet during sleep. swelling will reduce by next 24 hrs. and this precaution will help you further also.
keep eye on your blood pressure. it may be early sign of high blood pressure.
