What Causes Feeling Of Electrical Shock In The Triceps Area While Lifting Weights?
I have a electric shock like feeling in my tricep region while lifting heavy weight and there is no pain in that area just a electric shock like feeling whenever i start lifting heavy and throughout the day there s no such feeling ,happens only when i lift heavy. I am having this problem from the last 2 months ,plz help me out with what is happening in my body.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
Most probably it will be due to neuropathic causes.
