I took several pregnancy test and they where all negative...am so confused if am not pregnant could there be something seriously wrong? Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description it doesn't seem to be a serious problem, please write back to with following details so that I will be a to tell you more accurately
Your age and relevant medical history like diabetes or other metabolic disease or thyroid problem.
Date of last period
Do you have family history of diabetes
history.of unprotected sex?

I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them for a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC liver function test, blood sugar fasting and post prandial. Thyroid test and urine culture and sensitivity test with a vaginal swab for culture and an ultrasound pelvis to establish a diagnosis.

Meanwhile have plenty of fluids and maintain good hygiene
