What Causes Feeling Constantly Tired And Energy Less?

I am a 25 year old female. I am really struggling. I am constantly tried, and energyless. I usually get enough sleep every night (8-9 hours) and eat healthy. I am active. I do not drink, smoke or use any drugs. I am on no medications. This is really affecting my life and I hate it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
If I am your doctor I would suggest blood investigations like Hemoglobin and complete blood count. Because these kind of symptoms in females are usually due to anaemia. So get these investigations done and get well soon. Meanwhile you can take citrus fruits along with your meal to increase iron absorption. Eat more green leafy vegetables.
Thank you.
