Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a cool effect often in my palm and toe. My doctor has suggested renerve plus. If I take that injection, I feel better but again i get a cool effect. I wanted to know what has caused this problem? Is it symptom of any disease or other problem related to body/nerve?
Therefore I would have suggested the same kind of thing. However, I have been suggesting that one take a look at the medicine called pregabaline. This is a great medicine for the neuropathy.
I think I would be suggesting the same combination to you as well. I have been getting good results with this combination.
An NCV can be done to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope you find the answer 'helpful'. Best of luck Dr Mittal.
HI Well come to HCM The reason for this complaint would be nonspecific and this may not be due to some nerve related disease, burning feet syndrome may be likely, and my opinion this can be managed with Tab Calcium pantothenate but this may not give promising result, instead just keep the stress level low, take care

What Causes Feeling Cold In Palm And Toe?
Hi I am Dr Mittal. I have read and understood the question you have. I think the problem is that the nerves in your body are affected. This is the most important thing that you have to understand. The nerve damage can be found in many cases. The most common cause that we can help you with are thyroid, diabetes, and vitamin deficiency. I hope you find the answer helpful . Best of luck Dr Mittal.
