What Causes Fecal Body Odor?
I have had fecal body over for almost five years now I noticed before it would come about when I ate dairy products so I cut out the dairy products and now as I m getting older the smell has gotten worst I cannot even eat fruit anymore it seems to make the symptoms even worst cannot eat turkey , wheat , red meat , it seems as though with everything I eat I give off a very bad smell I ve been to the doctor and they told me that I have a large amount of acid in my esophagus so they gave me pills for my acidic reflex but I just do not know what the cause of this is , I also have a very noisy stomach

Could it be trimethylaminuria. I would advise you to get the levels checked. After that a dietitian will give you a list of foods not to be eaten and then you can avoid the smell.
