What Causes Fatty Tumors In My Abdominal Area?

I have a pot belly that I have been trying to reduce. I have tried reducing portions, eating healthier, crunch exercises, bicycle riding and even hiking. I cannot seem to reduce it, although I feel other parts of my body reducing. I have lost some weight. I also tend to get 'fatty tumors' on my extremities. Could I be getting these fatty tumors in my abdominal area? How can I tell?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
you have a what do you call pot belly, the reason may be the fat or enlarged abdominal contents, like liver, spleen etc.
Fatty tumors are not as a result of the weight reduction, but may be they are there even before and now became, visible. If there are growths in the abdominal area they may become visible.
You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank yo
