Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the pelvic infection, causing head ache, belly cramps, movements like baby, etc. The baby like movements could be due to the bowel movements. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have the M.R.I. for diagnosis. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
