What Causes Fatigue While On Lamictal And Klonopin?
I have been feeling exhausted and confused and anxious all day. I take 400mg of lamictal at night, 225 mg one at night two in the morning. I also tske75mg trazadon for sleep and .5 mg klonopin thr÷e timed a day. I m wondering if the tiredness is due to lack of sleep due to abilify and anxiety. But it seems chemically induced.not sure if I its the abilify in the morning
Hello, You haven't mentioned about your sleep pattern in the question hence I'm assuming that you use your medications to fall asleep and experiencing difficulties falling asleep at times.
All the drugs you have mentioned belong to a class called sedative hypnotics which literally means that they can sedate you. I'm unsure if all the three have been prescribed by a single doctor, if so then the dosage must be adjusted as you are experiencing day time fatigue due to the action of these drugs. If you are consuming these drugs for any neurological conditions please do not stop them abruptly or think of withdrawing them. My best advise would be to opt for a reevaluation and readjust the dosage.
Inability to sleep can also be due to stress or constant worrying over things. Try to create some diversion and active lifestyle which can be of great use.
