What Causes Fatigue When Suffering From Enlarged Liver?

I had a CT Scan that showed enlarged liver, chronic granolamatous disease in liver and lung, plus hypervascularity in colon along with pathological sized lymph nodes. I have been feeling fatigue, cold urticaria and general discomfort. My last colonoscopy was 4 years ago, as I have ulcerative colitis. Gastro appointment has been scheduled, but I have a feeling something serious is going one.
