What Causes Fatigue, Nausea, Migraines, Diarrhoea, Muscle Ache And Sore Throat?

I have been having several odd symptoms for the past two weeks. I have had fatigue the entire time. Nausea a little every now and then. I ve been to my primary and she thought it was mono. I had mono seven months ago. They tested me for it but it was negative. All of my symptoms include: - sore throat - migraines - nausea - diarrhea - green urine (once) - loss of appetite - extreme fatigue - body/ muscle aches - stomach pain All of these are over the coarse of two weeks except the fatigue which has been going on for over 6 months. None of them all at once. Also, I have NOT had any fever during these perdiod. I ve been to the doctor a few times and urgent care once. I m supposed to see an Infectious Disease Specialist next week to see if there s anything else we can do to find out what s going on. I m a 17 year old female. Weigh about 225lbs. Height is 5 5 . I just need to know what could be causing all of this.

Your over all symptoms are nonspecific and may not be having any pathological cause and this could be due to your anxiety and depression, because of the over consciousness and apprehensiveness such symptoms are very likely, you have to keep the stress level very low to get rid of this symptoms, hope this helps.
