What Causes Fatigue, Mild Headache, Burning Eyes And Bloating?

Since weds I have been very fatigued, mild headache, burning eyes, gassy stomach without nausea, vomiting OR. diarrhea. The first day my bones ached. I have lost my appetite. Never been febrile. I am very active usually but have spent most my time in bed these last 3 days. I have been sneezing more than I usually do and come to think of it I had a sinus headache over the weekend. I think I just have a virus and maybe two. What are your thoughts?

Hello,
Brief ..could be viral infection or food poisoning
Detail..some time infected food particles accumulate in intestine and cause chemical changes which form gas , and cause bloating and pain and vomiting.Since you have got sneezing and headache ,it can be viral flu.
If I would treat my patient with these symptoms,I would suggest Tab.metrogyl (metronidazole 500mg three times a day) for 7 days, oral rehydration fluid, tab.pantoprazole 20mg two times a day for 5 days. For sneezing and headache you can take steam inhalation at home of warm water putting some vicks balm in it.
After report of stool test you can discuss further.
Hopefully my answer is helpfull.

Hi Welcome to HCM
I have gone thru your query regarding fatigue , burning eyes , headache , It is a matter of concern . .
Dear , your problems seem to be viral type and infection spreads mostly at change of weather .
Consult your physician and get diagnosed .
All symptoms are connected with each other and are the outcome of our weak immune system which happens due to our irregular life style and faulty food habits .
In fact,Your body is always fighting something -- an infection, a toxin, an allergen, a food or the stress response -- and somehow it redirects its hostile attack on your joints, your brain, your thyroid, your gut, your skin, or sometimes your whole body.
Your immune system is your defense against invaders .
But when the immune system becomes weak, the disease cells can grow out of control , the disease overpowers
Our total health depends on 'what we eat , when we eat how we eat ant our life style .
Gulping on antibiotics and medicines don't help cure if proper regular life style and a balanced food habits are followed .
. Along with medical treatment you need to avoid carbs, fried ,fast foods , tea , coffee , alcohol , smoking and I will suggest to increase intake of protiens , vitamins , mineral in natural form-- fresh fruit , green veges and and supplements full of antioxidents -ginger ,garlic , lemon juice with warm water, stevia ,fresh coconut water and fish for omega 3 and lot of water to help alley toxins from your body .
Aloe vera juice 30 ml + Amla juice 2 spoons , helps kill becteria on mass basis is great antioxidant .
. Turmeric powder a level spoon with a cup of hot milk + a spoon of almond oil at bed time serves as great antioxidant .
. most important is to clear you bowls . as constipation is mother of all ills .
. To strengthen immune response naturally , exercise regularly -- it's a natural anti-inflammatory.For proper blood circulation , regular walk for 30-45 minute for 5 days a weak , exercise , yoga , pranayam-deep breathing , proper rest & sound sleep , massage helps in detoxifying and strengthening the immune system to enhance resistance from diseases and pave way for healthy disease free life .
• For fast and effective sore-throat relief, nothing beats an old-fashioned saltwater gargle. Salt acts as a mild antiseptic, and also draws water out of mucous membranes in the throat, which helps to clear phlegm. Dissolve a -teaspoon salt in a glass of warm water, gargle and spit out. Repeat up to four times a day.
• Alternatively, gargle with a baking-soda solution. Dissolve one-half teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water.
• Quit smoking. Cigarette smoke is extremely irritating to the lining of the throat. Breathe through your nose, rather than your mouth. It’s a natural way to humidify the air you breathe.
• If you’re plagued with a sore throat that seems to come back time and time again, buy a new toothbrush. Bacteria collect on the bristles, and if you injure your gums as you brush, they can enter your system and re-infect you.

• Honey has long been used as a sore-throat remedy. It has antibacterial properties, which can help speed healing. It also acts as a hypertonic osmotic, which means that it draws water out of inflamed tissue. This reduces the swelling and discomfort. Add several teaspoons to 1 cup of hot water or herbal tea.
• Giger extract with honey can also relieve pain. Combine the juice of half a lemon with hot water.
• Take vitamin C three times a day. Whether your sore throat is caused by a cold, the flu or strep, this vitamin will help boost your immune system and fight off infection. Reduce the dose if you develop diarrhea.

Homeopathic Echinacea.30 / 4 dorps in a cup of hot water / make 3 doses of this mixture . Take all every 30 minutes each thrice . Repeat for 3 days Its antibacterial and antiviral properties will speed healing.

Hope this helps you solve your query Take care .All the best
Don't hesitate to come backwith further query if you have any .
