What Causes Fatigue, Lightheadedness, Acne On Forehead And Bad Breath?

i always fee depressed, tired, angry and moody.my fingers are cold. i get upset quickly. i have been getting acne especially on my forehead. i always feel low. sometimes i have no energy and sometimes i feel ok. i get tired easily and sometimes lighheaded. i get shivers up my back and get bad breath when i cry or get upset.

thanks for your question.
Well looking at your symptoms ,it looks like you have a stressful life leading to a overworked adrenal gland.Would be advisable to relax,meditate,slepp properly,maintain a good diet,avoid caffeine.Also get an ACTH test to test for adrenal function as well as salivary cortisol test.
