Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue, headaches, fainting spells and loss of apetite . Well there can be many reasons for vertigo like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , meniere's disease , labyrinthitis ,head injury or stroke . Low blood iron level or low blood sugar level can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist first for proper diagnosis .
