What Causes Fatigue, Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

I have been experiencing a lot of weakness, headaches, dizziness, nausea from time to time, light headiness, body aches, and even some sharp pains in my head, legs and neck from time to time/ What could be causing all of this? This has NEVER happened to me

Most probably this is caused by a viral infection. You can take acetaminophen or Tylenol or even Advil for pain. You can even do a total blood count.
