What Causes Fatigue, Headache And Mild Dizziness?
I am 28 years old and for the past 2 days i have been really fatigue with headaches and a little dizziness. Yesterday i felt nausea but did not vomit. while sitting here watching tv i seen a black dot in the air and it quickly went away. I strted drinking plenty of water and i feel alittle better but not really

Hello,
You have to check your blood pressure first as primary work up. If you have any viral infection or common cold or respiratory tract than these symptoms can occur.
I suggest you investigate with CBC to check hemoglobin level. Meanwhile, paracetamol sos can be prescribed for headache. It's advisable to check your blood sugar level as well.
