What Causes Fatigue, Drowsiness, Lower Abdominal Pain And Milky White Vaginal Discharge?

Recently I have been extremely fatigued. I sleep so much. I can hardly get up without blacking out. I pee frequently. I have pains in my lower abdominal area that occur later in the day and at night. I feel nauseated. I have a milky white discharge. I feel like I may be pregnant, but I feel like it s something else.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
If you feel you are pregnant, first check for your missed periods. If it is more than a month and closer to 2 months, then get one Urinary Pregnancy Test (UPT) done. If positive, it indicates pregnancy. Otherwise, it may be little vague symptoms, may be caused due to low hemoglobin content.
Kindly visit Gynecologist and take opinion regarding the discharge.
