What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have been dealing with several issues for a year now. One would be extreme fatigue, dizziness, vision is blurry with lots of eye floaters, weight loss, stomach pain, and heaviness in chest. A lot of nausea is associated with this too. I know it all sounds stress related and yes I am on antidepressants and anti anxiety meds, but that doesn t explain the floaters and dizziness and general unwell feeling I ve had. I ve done a bunch of blood tests to check liver, blood sugar, etc... and a CT scan of head and abdomen but all they found was a cyst on my ovary. I have sacks under my eyes and look very worn down. Is this all stress related?

Floaters are a sign of vitreous degeneration. No other history has been mentioned. You try antidepressant at least for a while. Consider the possibility of Addison s disease. Do an 8 am cortisol. If it is less than 3, it confirms Addison or you can straight away away go for a short synacthen test ( serum cortisol after after 1 hour if injection synacthen). If it is less than 18 mcg per decilitre...its confirmatory. check electrolytes including calcium, sodium and potassium.
