What Causes Fatigue & Clogs In The Ear?

I am a novice producer and about a week ago i was trying to finish a song that i was making. This required me to listen to the song over and over again throughout the entire day. While i did take breaks, I noticed my ears were getting a little fatigued but i was desperate to finish the song so I stupidly ignored this warning. Consequently the next day I noticed my ears felt full or clogged. I tried popping them but it wouldn t work. A few days later i heard a ringing sound in my left ear which lasted for only a minute and it did this about 3 times and that was it. As for my hearing, it is just as good as it was before I can tell because i can still hear what my brothers are saying in the next room so I think that rules out hearing loss. If its not hearing loss then what is it? Will it go away? If so how long?
