What Causes Fatigue And Tiredness ?
My son is 21. He is having some major issuses with his head , head fills very unstable , fainting spells ,exterme fatigue no energy sleeps a lot , .pressure on head constant wobble headed, very high blood pressure at times with head and completely life change

I really appreciate your concern looking to his age and the symptoms given here he must have gone through the numbers of test like, EKG, CT head ECHO, and you have not mentioned non of them even you did not mentioned the blood pressure how much this remains high, in my opinion if these not being done then this has to be done, take care.
