What Causes Fatigue And Swelling On The Right Side Of The Neck?

my wife has fatigue for a few weeks with swollen glands I assume lymph nodes on the side of her neck right under the ear. She has an appointment to see an ENT on the 9th but is very concerned about what she has now. She does not appear to have a fever.

I have gone through your question,based on your history it looks like lymphnodes enlargement which indicates infection or malignancy.Your doctor would examine her and if needed can advice biopsy of Lymphnode to diagnose and to give correct treatment.
