What Causes Fatigue And Swelling In The Legs Along With Dry Cough?

I am 71 year old female and have mitral valve prolapse with regurgitation. Also had 20% blockage in cardiac artery diagnosed about 10 yrs ago. Sleep Apnea, and severe degen disc disease, Am 5 7 about 140 lb. not very active. Symptoms in last six mo. include increased fatigue, slight swelling in lower legs and feet, change of colour in toes and feet dusky, tingling or pin/needles in toes, also increased dry cough which seems to cause lung capacity.. and increased blood pressure. Was give Lotensin 25mg but it caused feet to feel painful, cold. HELP

Since, these are new symptoms and you have history of cardiac disease, I recommend you to visit a cardiologist and get an ECG, a cardiac sonography and some routine blood tests done. The swelling in lower legs and cough might be due to deterioration in cardiac functions. Your cardiologist will inform whether you need any additional tests, like a stress test to see if these 20% blockage is at the higher end or reduced.
