What Causes Fatigue And Severe Joints Pain?

I am 57 keep myself very fit exercise regularly eat well but recently my body is feeling like its been run over .my joints ache considerably but what is concerning me is how much I am needing sleep usually I have 7 hours a day bug bi am finding I need sleep in afternoon

Hi.

I would recommend an elaborate evaluation consisting of parameters like RA factor, CSR, ESR, vitamin D levels, serum calcium levels, etc. Taking your age into conderation we should suspect bone related abnormalities brought about by menopause or peri-menopause.
