What Causes Fatigue And Joint Pain?

Hi there, i am experiencing a sudden increase in fatigue, appetite, and joint pain. Interestingly enough this all started after my scheduled week off from weight lifting. I struggle a lot with depression and im not sure if this could be related to that or perhaps my active lifestyle? I take a week off from the gym every 8 weeks or so to avoid over training and im confused about why i feel more fatigued than ever. Thoughts?

The symptoms you have can be related to low levels of calcium or vitamin D3. This can be related to depression also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
