What Causes Fatigue And Joint Ache In The Hands And Legs?

My blood levels came back with TSH .192 and thyroxine index 2.2, hemoglobin A1c 6.7, Vit D 25.2, Comp metabolic panel (14) glucose,bun 155, creatinine 1.03, A1c6.7 my symtems are just very tired, sore and aching joints mainly hands hips and leg calfs

Hi,

The tests you have done show low level of vitamin D. Rest of the tests are fine. Yours symptoms also go with vitamin D deficiency. So I would advise you to take some vitamin D and calcium supplements for some time. I Hope you will be feeling better then. If problems persist in-spite of that then you should see your doctor.

Regarding your HbA1c, if you are already diabetic, then this is very well controlled, however, if you are non diabetic, then this is slightly upper than normal and you should observe diet (low carb, no sweets, more veg) and also do exercise and keep an eye on the same.
