What Causes Fatigue And Fainting?

I have a 14 year old niece that has been weak and tired for the last 6 months. She then began to faint several times a day. When she stands and usually begins walking any distance. At first she just fainted lightly but now she passes out completely. This has been happening for about two months. She has gone to the emergency room and to two doctors and they have done all the regular test with no results to point to the cause. She went again last night to the emergency room with shaking (although not cold), nausea, and trouble breathing. Any help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for trusting healthcaremagic for your health problem.

My advice is to do full body check up of your niece.
If no pathology is found, kindly consult psychiatrist.
Without any pathology if symptoms are presented by patient it's possibly conversion disorder, which require proper patient counselling and behavioral therapy.

Regards
Dr. Hiren
