What Causes Fatigue And Fainting Feeling?

Hi..I had a sleepless night on Saturday night (3 nights ago)..I felt sluggish Sunday and Monday...On Monday afternoon, I went to the gym..not having eaten too well...I did 1/2 hour on the treadmill - when I got off I felt faint and weird for a couple of hours - still sluggish today (slept 8.5 hours last night)...would this be related to my condition going onto the treadmill...or would this be a symptom of heart or general health (not being fit enough to push myself during excersize)? I m nervous to get back on the horse ..

HI
Well come to HCM
If this was the first episode then this is need to be kept under the observation, some time this may be due to the hypoglycemia, if this goes happening often then this need to be investigated for cardiac disease, and other underlying causes, this includes, EKG, CT brain and routine blood tests, hope this information helps
