Hello,

1) Hypothyroidism

2) Anaemia

3) chronic fatigue syndrome

4) Depression

Of course, there are many other conditions which present with the above symptoms.the above mentioned are common.to those clients who visit my clinic, I would advise the following investigations

1) Complete blood picture including haemoglobin

2) Thyroid profile that includes TSH and T3, T4 levels.

Once you get this done, we can rule out the most important causes of your symptoms.

Kindly go for it and update your reports.apart from this, I would suggest the following lifestyle modifications that help you to improve

1) Be cautious of what you eat as the proverb goes, eat brighter, live lighter. Include more of leafy greens, carrots, fruits, fresh vegetable salads in your diet.its better to have whole fruit than juice.

2) The second important thing is exercise.to all my patients, I always suggest yoga as it nourishes not only your body but also your brain.just try it for 2 weeks and you’ll find the difference for sure.

3) Never sit idle. What I mean to say is it’s not only your body that needs exercise but also your mind.

Keep yourself engaged in activities like gardening, solving puzzles, teaching kids etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
