General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Verapamil has known side effects including headache, dizziness, lethargy, fatigue, heart beat alterations through calcium channel blocking effects. Driving is not at all recommended in this condition. I suggest to go back to 120 mg dose till you consult your doctor. Maintain her hydration with plenty of liquids, avoid smoking/alcohol in any form if at all using.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
