What Causes Fatigue Along With Vomiting Up Of Blood And Headaches?

I fell down during a basketball game and experienced black-out and difficulty in breathing for a minute. After that I spat out blood. It s been two days since the incident and I get multiple chest pains and head aches. What do you think is the problem?
