What Causes Fatigue Along With Nausea, Dizziness And Breathing Difficulty?

I feel tired, nauseous, light headed, dizzy, over all bla feeling, not really difficulty breathing, but feel funny.....not all the time, but some times....sometimes I feel ok....diarrhea, stomach discomfort, urinating a lot, stomach bloated, sweating, weak, heart seems to beat hard feeling in my chest...kept me awake a while last night.....some small pain under right breast and under rib.....I have a high tolerance of pain, so sometimes I only have a discomfort and I don t know what is wrong.....I gave birth with NO labor pains.....I learned I was in labor and dialated from dr at appointment. Therefore I m always concerned when I don t feel good even though I don t have a lot of pain.

Hello ma'am! Hope you're doing better.
From your history and complaints, the most likely cause seems to be anemia.
Fatigue and easy exhaustion, plus nausea and vomiting and dizziness- all of these could be due to low hemoglobin levels. So I'd suggest you get a complete blood count done, with Peripheral Blood Film for the type of anemia , if any.
Do you suffer from Diabetes or any immunosuppressive diseases (could be Arthritis, etc) ? That could be the cause for your occasionally upset gastrointestinal system.
Do you stress a lot? You could be suffering from mild IBS (inflammatory bowel syndrome) too, which leads to diarrhoes, alternating with constipation and bloating sometimes.
i'd suggest the following investigations:
- CBC
- PBF for type of anemia
- Blood Sugar levels ( fasting and PP)
- Blood pressure
- ANA factor
- Serum Uric Acid
- Liver Function Tests
- Renal Function Tests

In the meanwhile, you could start with Iron Supplements (whichever available in your place), Calcium + Vit D3 supplements, and Multivitamins.
and maybe Omeprazole or Rabeprazole.
Avoid spicy food, switch to simple and nutritious diet.
