I am wondering if 2 head traumas with the beginning of glaucoma symptoms (pressure behind the eyes) and vision that went overnight about 7 years ago, could affect my sense of smell whichhas been mostly gone for about 6 months, although in the middle of it I had a chlorine incident where I inhaled a cloud of chlorine on accident in my kitchen. I also seem to be having reactivated mono symptoms from 12 years ago, which have occurred the first week of each month, the last 3 months, and have lasted from 5 to ten days each. My initial head injury was Jan of 1999 with unconsciousness from fall and land on base of neck, and the 2nd was about 2005 also w/ unconsciousness to the left side of head above ear, hit by police vehicle. I feel as though the symptoms may cross back and forth between head injuries and a recurring sinus/ear infection. I do not believe I have been tested for Epstein Barr disease, but am scheduling Hep C inoculation. The symptoms I have now are fatigue, general malaise, nausea, low appetite, although I can tell when I need to eat and can, can only stay awake for 3-6 hours at a time, general body weakness. Chills and fever symptoms that have subsided. Any thoughts?
